     These cables are designed for subscriber access digital networks at the remote voltage supply of up to 500V d.c. The basis of all structures is pair twisting of conductors (the twisted pair principle). The proposed structures combine the features required of low pair-count communication cables for subscriber access digital networks, and the characteristics of Class 5 LAN cables, providing a wide range of resistance values (copper conductor diameters of 0.40mm; 0.52mm; 0.64mm; 0.90mm).

  All this allows to: (see references)
- Achieve, in 100-300 meter long sections, the transfer of data at the rate of 100 Mbit/s, or digital stream transfer at the rate of 2 Mbit/s;
- Ensure subscriber access (compression) using xDSL technologies in sections of up to 7 km (conductor diameter 0.64mm) or up to 12 km ( conductor diameter 0.90mm) without regenerators;
- Provide for broadband access in distribution networks from the distribution device to the subscriber;
- Use the cable for conventional telephone communication in urban, corporate, and rural communication networks, IP-telephony, and security/fire alarm systems.
- Use twisted pairs for subscriber wiring inside buildings and save on higher-grade cabling.

The products are sized in such a way as to ensure digital access and õDSL compression for subscriber lines where such cable grades as ÒÐÏ, Ï274Ì, or ÏÐÏÏÌ were earlier used. The ÒÖÏìÏï 2õ2õ0,90 cable grade is, by design, a cheaper analogue of the ÊÑÏÏ cable (where ÊÑÏÏ cables can be used without armor).

     All single-pair cables have declarations of conformity registered with the Federal Communication Agency.
